JobMatcha are recruiting for a Project Administrator with previous experience in a similar role for a project we are involved with in Camberley
Key Responsibilities:
* To support the programme function on the VINCI Facilities Defence contract. The candidate must be able to work in a very agile environment – no two days are ever the same. The ideal Project Administrator candidate must also be used to working with senior managers, be able to prioritise conflicting demands, and work with minimal supervision once trained. A driver’s licence and access to a car would be ideal although not essential as the role will involve some travel between sites for which the candidate’s petrol will be reimbursed. The candidate will need to be BPSS cleared to start work. Hours of work are 8.30am- 5PM with 30 minutes lunch The role is temp to perm with flexibility to work 1-2 days a week from home.
The role will involve but is not limited to:
* Managing inboxes - creating meeting invites, and responding to emails
* Arranging meetings, conferences, lunches.
* Travel booking for events
* Preparing slide decks
* Chasing project actions, primarily from the senior management team
* Supporting the marketing lead with admin tasks
* Taking minutes
* Ordering PPE/ Stationery
* Temp to perm role
