We are working with an existing client who is looking for a Senior Site Manager to join their team working on prime residential refurbishments in London.
Some requirements and tasks:
* Strong understanding of construction methods and safety regulations.
* Maintain high quality control standards.
* Proficient in Procore Site Management Tools
* Conduct safety inductions and Toolbox Talks.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
* Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
* Build effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
* NVQ Level 6 in Construction or Management or equivalent
* SMSTS
* First Aid at Work
* PASMA
* Temporary Works Supervisor
