As we continue to expand our online presence, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven **Amazon Market Manager** to oversee part of our Amazon marketplace operations and drive sales growth. Fluency in English AND French is a prerequisite for this role

Job Overview:

The Amazon Market Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing AQUAPHOR WATER’s presence on Amazon and in turn, sales growth. This role will include overseeing product listings, advertising, inventory management, pricing strategies, and ensuring overall brand visibility on Amazon’s platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Amazon’s ecosystem, possess analytical skills, and be capable of driving revenue growth through data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Amazon Account: Oversee day-to-day operations of AQUAPHOR WATER’s Amazon marketplaces, including product listings, order fulfillment, customer service, and account health management.
• Optimize Listings: Create, optimize, and maintain product listings to ensure maximum visibility and sales performance. This includes keyword research, SEO, enhanced content (A+ Content), and imagery.
• Advertising & Promotions: Develop and execute advertising strategies on Amazon, including PPC campaigns, Sponsored Products, and promotions to drive traffic and conversion.
• Inventory Management: Work closely with the supply chain team to ensure appropriate stock levels, avoid stockouts, and optimize FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) or FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant) strategies.
• Pricing Strategy: Monitor and adjust pricing strategies to remain competitive while maintaining healthy margins.
• Sales Analysis & Reporting: Track key performance metrics, generate sales reports, and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
• Customer Experience: Monitor customer feedback and reviews, ensuring a positive brand experience and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
• Compliance & Policies: Ensure adherence to Amazon’s policies and guidelines to maintain account health and avoid penalties.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing Amazon accounts
• Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, including listing management, FBA/FBM, advertising, and performance analytics.
• Experience with Amazon Advertising (PPC, Sponsored Ads, etc.) and knowledge of SEO for Amazon.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English and French
• Ideally based in the UK but candidates living in the EU can apply
