We have an exciting role in the growing Dahua Technology UK and Ireland team leading many of our Marketing activities focused on product introduction and lifecycle, event leadership and major marketing asset ownership. This role contributes significantly to our continued growth and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to further develop their skills and grow in a challenging but highly supportive environment.

The UK and Ireland has a growing team and an excellent opportunity is available for the right candidate to join the marketing team enabling further growth.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Delivering our product go to market activities ensuring Dahua differentiates itself in the market, presenting clear customer value and supporting sales growth.
• Owning and leading our industry and vertical solutions events ensuring they meet time, budget and lead performance outcomes.
• Own and lead major marketing assets such as our Innovation Centre and Innovation Vans ensuring they deliver continued success and managed effectively.
• Lead our Key Accounts / Systems Integrator marketing activity developing marketing strategies to support our sales team in their growth and acquisition targets.
• Manage agency and matrix team resources effectively to deliver against growth objectives.

Key Attributes:

• >5 years marketing experience preferably in product marketing or event management.
• Experience with the Adobe Creative suite of products and Microsoft Office.
• Creation of effective marketing plans utilising the full market mix.
• Excellent written and spoken English;
• Dahua is a multi sector manufacturer with products ranging from video security, access control, intruder through to professional AV and fire alarms. You will need to be able to quickly grasp technology concepts and translate to clear value statements to support customer / prospect engagement.
• Logical and structured with the ability to create project plans and engage stakeholders.
• Proactive and enthusiastic attitude with the ability to deal with pressure;
• Creative, organised, hard working with excellent attention to detail;
• Motivated, conscientious, multi-tasking, strategic and analytical;

Other Requirements:

• Eligible to work in the UK;
• Main place of work will be based in Maidenhead office; business travel may be required to meet with customers or lead events.
