Do you have a confident manner, excellent attention to detail and comfortable with the use of CRM systems or similar?

Our customer support team is looking for an additional Customer Support Coordinator to join us in our Falkirk branch.

A job that matters: Your Tasks

Our Customer Support Coordinators deal with all of the internal and external customer enquiries with regards to parts and components that are required to install and repair our systems. The role involves taking orders either via email or over the phone. You could be dealing with orders that come from 3rd party businesses using dormakaba products or even our own external sales team, as well as dealing with customer credit enquiries, stock queries and various other elements relating to our products.

We need someone who can keep up to date with dormakabas latest innovations and products, so we are looking for someone with natural curiosity, and interest in what we do and good attention to detail.

Lastly, we need someone who is happy to deliver the best internal sales support to each and every customer, so we become the supplier of choice to every client, whoever they are and whatever they need,

An experience that matters: Your Skills

  • 2 years + experience in a similar customer service environment (i.e. Sales support, sales administration etc)
  • Previous experience of a CRM system, knowledge of SAP would be a real bonus
  • Have strong communication and organisation skills
  • Have a desire to learn about our product range to offer best in class support to our customers
