Location: Northampton

Salary: Up to £70,000 + 20% Bonus + Private Medical + 10% Pension

Are you a skilled Technical Project Manager looking to lead impactful technology programmes for a global financial institution? We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join their dynamic team. This is a key role within their technology function, where you will lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic technology programmes for a range of business-critical projects. You will be responsible for managing complexity, overseeing multiple work streams, and ensuring the successful landing of change across a complex business and technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning Change: Support the development of business cases from inception to execution, while liaising with key stakeholders to ensure buy-in and understanding of impacts.

• Managing Change: Measure and report progress, ensuring alignment with governance processes, and communicate with stakeholders to gain approvals.

• Delivering Change: Manage project cost, quality, and timelines, identify dependencies across functions, and ensure projects close satisfactorily within agreed governance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in software project delivery.

• Strong skills in project risk management and staff leadership.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.

• Competence in managing project dependencies and delivering high-quality outcomes within set timeframes.

• Experience in both Agile and Waterfall project delivery.

• Knowledge of financial services, particularly in payments, is highly desirable.
