Temporary Childcare Lawyer

Express Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a business within the public sector to find a Temporary Lawyer. This is a good opportunity for a professional wanting to support their growth within the legal sector and enhance their skills. The successful candidate must have previous experience in a Lawyer role relating to child protection and adoption. They must be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Charterer Legal Lawyer.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide legal and administrative advice and services
• Act as an advocate in the Family Court
• Work within the systems, policies and procedures of the office
• Deal with correspondence and enquiries from people such as witnesses, solicitors, courts
• Advise departments to ensure lawfulness

Skills & Experience

• An effective communicator
• Experienced in legal administration and litigation
• Knowledge on relevant legislation
• Previous experience of working as a Lawyer, with the relevant qualifications
• Can work under pressure and give clear legal advice
