Job Title: Project Manager - Food & Beverage Sector

Location: Hertfordshire

Salary Range: £70,000 - £80,000 per annum.

They specialise in design and build (D&B) projects within the commercial, food & beverage (F&B), and retail sectors, they handle everything from concept development to project completion. Job Summary:

They are seeking a construction Project Manager who has experience in the F&B sector to join their growing team.

The ideal candidate will be:

• Responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope within the construction, architecture sector.
• They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
• Remote location - Car is required.

Responsibilities:

• Set project timelines.
• Monitor project deliverables.
• Update relevant stakeholders or team members on project progress.
• Coach and support project team members with tasks assigned to them.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Construction, Project Management or equivalent.
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management.
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
