Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with property vendors
- Generate new and repeat business opportunities
- Conduct property valuations and gain new instructions
- Market properties to buyers using effective marketing techniques
- Prepare property brochures with photos and descriptions
- Upsell additional products and services
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Canvass local areas and manage targeted marketing
Skills & Experience
- Full UK driving license (manual vehicle)
- Estate agent experience, ready for the next step in your career
- Strong team player with leadership potential
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own time
- Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications
- High attention to detail and organisation
Hours of Work
- Monday to Friday: 8:30am 6:00pm
- Saturdays: 9:00am 5:00pm (alternate weekends with a day off in lieu)
