Partner - Building Surveying

Calibre Search are delighted to be part of this national practices next development phase and are now looking to bring in a Partner level Building Surveyor to join them and head up their Building Consultancy services in Birmingham.

This will be salaried Partner position where you will join and if proven to be a success, have the chance to buy shares and become an equity partner in this very established and prestigious partnership.

The Practice themselves have impressive staff count of 200+ but still operate with an SME attitude so leaving the corporate and red tape teething issues behind which really makes them stand out from their competitors. B Corp registered as well!

Ideally, you will be fully commercially and business development driven, MRICS qualified and with many years under your belt and confident enough to offer and lead on a range of core building surveying services from dilapidations, party wall, cost assessments to full design specification and project management.

The Practice operate within a numerous amount of property sectors (commercial, industrial, education, retail, residential etc) not just in building surveying but general practice too so plenty for you to cross sell your services in from day one as you build your client portfolio and work stream.

Once you’re up and running, you will be given full autonomy on how you see best in building your own building surveying team later down the line with the other partners support.
