Retail Business Manager

About the Company:

We have an opportunity for a Retail Business Manager to join the team at Birmingham. Working with the existing Retail Business Managers, our additional manager will add strength to the sales team enabling our Sales Experience Partners to achieve their sales and service targets. The main purpose of this job role is to take accountability for delivering a luxury customer experience and ensuring the sales process is seamless and enjoyable whilst complying fully with all due diligence.

About the Role:

The key tasks of this job role include:

• Allocation of leads to the Showroom Experience Partners
• Conversion of the Showroom Experience Partners
• Showroom standards and display
• Coaching, leading and day to day management of the team
• Ensures the customer has the very highest level of luxury experience in the showroom
• Ensures adequate staffing is always in place to deliver the luxury experience
• Managing response times in accordance with service level expectation
• Monitoring and reporting on F+I Performance
• Ensure effective presentation of products and services aligned to individual customer needs
• Ensure FCA compliance is adhered to, including customer demands and needs
• Ensuring all finance applications are proposed in line with FCA/company guidelines

• Sales Volume of Experience Partners
• Conversion rates of appointment to sales
• CSI
• Add on product sales / F+I

Qualifications:

To apply for this position, you must either be a current Retail Business Manager, or, you may be a Sales Experience Partner who has consistently achieved all targets for the past 6 months.
