Job Description

Role: Distribution Sales Manager

Salary: £50,000 + Car Allowance and Uncapped Commission

Location: Birmingham


Our client is looking for a Distribution Sales Manager to manage relationships with their largest national distributors, including top hire companies. This fast-paced role involves managing high-volume sales, providing exceptional customer service, and delivering next-day order fulfillment. You'll work closely with other sales managers and visit key client sites across the country.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage relationships with large national distributors
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans
  • Deliver fast, efficient customer service
  • Visit distributor depots to strengthen relationships
  • Collaborate with other National Distributor Sales Managers and expand your customer base.
  • Visit major distributor depots across the country to strengthen client relationships.


The Person


  • Experience: At least 5 years of high-volume sales experience, ideally in a B2B setting.
  • Sales Skills: Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build professional, productive relationships with key distributors.


Salary/Benefits


  • Salary: £50,000/year
  • Car Allowance: £500/month for the first 6 months (company car after)
