They are looking for a dedicated and experienced Receptionist to join their friendly team. As the first impression of the company as visitors arrive at the office, this is a very important hire. The successful candidate will have a natural customer service instinct and an exceptional eye for detail. You will be working as a team of two experienced receptionists, and you will jointly cover the responsibilities of the area. It is a busy and varied position that will suit a positive person. You must be polished and professional and able to juggle priorities, working as part of a team to deliver excellent service.
Responsibilities
- Operating the switchboard
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Maintaining a tidy and welcoming entrance area
- Monitoring the meeting room bookings
- The timely setup and clearing of rooms, including refreshments
- Organising and setting up of catering for clients or team social events
- Maintaining the presentation of the office area
- Managing the upkeep of stationery and kitchen supplies
- Ad hoc support to the team as required.
Requirements
- Proven track record of working front of house in a boutique office environment, preferably with exposure to ultra-high net worth clients
- Experience working well in a small team
- Positive and welcoming attitude
- Highly professional and polished manner
- Good working knowledge of MS Office packages
Due to the nature of the front-of-house role, this is an office-based position
