Job Description:

As the SEO Manager (Maternity Cover), you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance Pour Moi’s organic search performance. Your primary objective is to increase qualified organic traffic and revenue by driving improvements in rankings, visibility, and click-through rates. You will achieve this by optimising site structure, content, and other critical elements, as well as enhancing internal and external linking strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• SEO Strategy Development: Implement the SEO strategies put in place across the core pillars of keyword research, content, and link-building activities.
• Keyword Research & Planning: Oversee keyword research and planning to ensure efforts are optimised for achieving maximum rankings and visibility for high-value keywords relevant to our audience.
• Content Creation & Optimisation: Create and optimise content for landing and category pages to maximise target keyword density and improve internal linking.
• Digital PR Management: Collaborate with our digital PR agency to maximise the quantity and quality of inbound links, boosting our domain authority.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor, manage, and report on organic search performance, providing regular updates to the team on progress and key insights.
• Industry Awareness: Stay informed of the latest SEO trends, best practices, and digital marketing developments to ensure Pour Moi remains at the forefront of organic search innovation.
