Overview of Role

Due to rapid growth and exciting return to work products development, the opportunity has arisen for a Project Supervisor to oversee global ongoing Programme and maintenance projects and ensure that are completed on time and within budget. They will also ensure all project team uphold the company's standards throughout each project's development and execution. This is a hands-on position where the Project Supervisor will be involved in managing the install base monitoring team, coordinating with Operations team and client to organise planned and reactive site visits and deployments, working with key strategic partners, and more. We're looking for individuals with a proven track record of managing complex, customer facing projects under demanding timelines.



Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage sensor maintenance project from beginning to end, including project scope, timeline, capacity planning, resource allocation, and project execution
  • Deliver consistent project management and direction to ensure the client and internalteam has a clear understanding of timelines, risks, escalation path and roles/responsibilities they will undertake during the operational execution
  • Daily collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones, regularly maintaining the Gantt to track progress and reflect plan updates
  • Regularly maintain RAID logs
  • Maintain project dashboards and provide weekly status updates to customers
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths
  • Support process updates and initiatives that are critical to successfully implementing your projects
  • Facilitate formal transition points with onsite team, support partners and monitor deliverables until agreed launch/project milestone is achieved


Key Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in global project management which includes client interaction, specifically UK and US region
  • Experience in running multiple projects concurrently including scope, requirements, timelines and resource allocation
  • Hands-on experience with creating and maintaining standard project artifacts such as Gantts, RAID logs, etc.
  • Experience collaborating with overseas teams internally and externally


Additional benefit

  • Good understanding of common agile practices and service-oriented environments
  • Excel capabilities such as applying table formatting, creating basic calculated functions, pivot tables and charts
  • Experience with Click-up
  • PMP certification
