This is a fantastic opportunity looking for an individual with prior customer service experience, who will be working in the pharmaceutical wholesale department.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the international and exports team.

Job Overview:

  • Daily quotation and sales order processing and receipt acknowledgement to customer, providing timely, accurate and transparent responses to all queries, resolving any potential customer order issues; development opportunity to learn procurement within the role down the line.
  • Answering calls to the customer service team, dealing with enquiries, and redirecting to other departments if required.
  • Detailed overview of goods coming in and going out the warehouse ensuring all relevant information and documentation is provided to the Operations Manager.
  • Providing documentation and information to the warehouse team regarding incoming and outgoing orders.


To be successful:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in fast-paced customer service environment, preferably from the wholesaler pharmaceutical industry.
  • Effective planning, organization, and administrative skills.
  • Fully IT literate: Microsoft Office, Word, Excel.
  • Strong communication, engaging, and professional manner.
  • A true collaborative personality, with an eye for detail.
