We at Collabera Digital are hiring for an exciting opportunity for a Benefit Operations Associate. This position will be responsible for providing benefits-related support to employees, managers and stakeholders within the HR function across Europe.
Key objectives:
- Serve as a first point of contact for employees, managers and HR Business Partners, providing high quality HR advice and guidance related to benefits administration with a focus on excellent customer service on a wide range of HR activities and processes
- Manage the day-to-day benefit administration by informing providers of changes in an employee's life cycle and maintaining online benefit platforms across multiple countries in Europe.
- Provide subject matter expertise in benefit-related processes, policies and tools
- Utilize HRSM technology to triage, track and manage incoming enquiries and cases
- Create and maintain high quality SOPs
- Have a strong understanding of benefit plans and be the subject matter expert of benefit processes.
- Identify process improvements by identifying issues, process delays and quality problems and recommending solutions
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the HR Shared Services FAQ library
- Ensure compliance with appropriate data protection legislation at all times
- Liaise with internal departments and third-party service providers as necessary
- Contribute to wider projects and initiatives within the HR shared Services team
Essential skills and experience
- Must have an interest and understanding of general HR policies and procedures
- Will have a strong customer service orientation while maintaining a high level of integrity and confidentiality
- Must possess solid verbal, written, interpersonal and telephone communication skills
- Must be able to identify critical situations and take action to escalate where necessary
- Must demonstrate the ability to work in a team
- Must be able to multitask yet remain detailed-oriented with sound time management skills
- Must possess strong Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
- Must be able to perform role under minimal supervision
- Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, and Darwin is desirable
