We are working exclusively with our client to find an Sales Development Representative.
About:
Our client is an end-to-end solution for the full-cycle management of temporary workers; including: shift booking, timesheet, availability, compliance and P&L.
Clients can manage the entire workflow for managing shift workers through one platform, leading to higher profits for agencies, easy admin for large-scale employers and practical ways for employees to stay on top of shifts.
Following enormous growth through a very lean sales team (Founder-led sales + 2 AEs) it’s now time for a Sales Development Representative to join the team!
Key Highlights:
- Born out of necessity: spun out of a 500 person recruitment agency who specialises in temporary workers that have seen the challenge first hand.
- Currently achieving £1.7m ARR through Founder-led sales and a 99.5% renewal rate across their client base.
- Huge TAM - clients range from temporary recruitment agencies to large-scale temporary worker employers such as The Network Rail (currently spending £250k per year).
- Strong pipeline generation through a combination of inbounds and self-generated outbound. You will qualify inbound leads that will make up 25% of your quota!
- 2 Senior AEs have recently joined a team and have developed a proven process for outbound business development.
- Very strong ROI for clients. Agencies are reducing their admin costs and increasing their placement rates whilst employers are massively reducing costs involved with temporary worker management.
- Opportunity to progress quickly into an Account Executive following success in the role!
The Role:
- Prospect and Qualify Leads: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound activities such as cold calls, emails, social media outreach, and networking.
- Lead Generation: Utilise various tools and techniques to research and engage with potential clients, including recruitment agencies and contractor-focused companies.
- Engagement: Initiate conversations with decision-makers (e.g., Heads of Recruitment, HR Managers, Operations Directors) to introduce Panther Software’s workforce management solutions.
- Nurture Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients by understanding their business needs and aligning them with our SaaS offering.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create a seamless prospecting process and execute targeted campaigns.
- CRM Management: Keep CRM systems updated with accurate prospect information, sales activities, and pipeline status.
- KPIs & Targets: Meet and exceed set key performance indicators (KPIs), including daily outreach goals & meetings booked & sat.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales with at least 18 months experience with strong quota attainment.
- Not phone shy - experience making outbound calls as well as other activities such as emails.
- Experience in territory mapping and creating outbound campaigns targeted at the white space.
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track and manage leads.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Coachable and brings the right attitude everyday to work - attitude wins in this business!
- Self-motivated, persistent, and resilient with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
