Senior Enterprise Risk Framework Manager (NFR framework owner)


Looking for autonomy, breath and ownership?


InterQuest work with an industry recognised and multi-product (retail /commercial) challenger bank, on this occasion to identify a experienced 'hands-on' Enterprise Risk professional as be part of their transformation.


Forming part of the Group Enterprise Risk team, senior managers takes ownership and accountability for their division.


Summary

  • Full development, implementation and maintenance of a new Group wide NFR ERMF and all related policies
  • Ownership of the banks ERM/ framework updates linked to risk strategy incl. committee reports and presentations
  • Collaborate across the Group, communicating/ facilitating the risk strategy message and positively impacting the risk culture
  • Strategic and Enterprise mindset, impactful input with the ability to operate as THE Group Enterprise Risk Framework contact point


To be considered, you will have the following experience:

  • Retail banking, (un)secured lending or related
  • Enterprise Risk experience (not solely Operational Risk)
  • Self starter - have developed at least 1 ERMF from (as close to) ground zero


2 days per week in one of the multiple UK offices

£80,000 / £100,000 plus bonus and benefits
