Principal Machine Learning Engineer

A major retailer is looking for a Principal Machine Learning Engineer (MLE)

Salary: up to £150k (+ up to 45% bonus, 15% pension)

Location: Central London (3 office days/week)

• 4-day working week is a possibility for this role - great option for working mums or anyone wanting a longer weekend

✅ Must have requirements:

• Extensive software engineering and ML background at a Tech Lead/Principal level
• Mastery of Python
• Experience acting as a technical authority, leading high-profile projects
• Experience deploying ML solutions into production, at a global scale
• Great stakeholder management experience (both tech and non-tech)

Bonus points for:

• having worked with personalisation, forecasting, optimisation, search, recommendation or decision support
• having worked in global tech companies and/or global retailers
