Here We Flo is looking for a brilliant National Account Manager to join our team and help us skyrocket in 2024 and beyond!


Here We Flo is a rapidly growing, feminist & inclusive B Corporation with delightfully big ambitions and wonderfully wise advisors (investors from Harry’s, Charlotte Tilbury, Unilever, Method, etc.). Our co-founders (Tara and Susan) are two best mates who had the idea for Flo while chatting in the bathrooms between classes at LSE and ultimately launched it in 2017 off the back of a Kickstarter. Today, you can find us in UK retailers like Tesco, Sainsbury’s, and Boots, as well as national retailers in the USA like CVS and Whole Foods. Our small yet vibrantly energetic team has gained loads of momentum, with huge milestones ahead.

Our mission is to tackle life’s messiest moments - periods, sex or anything else on the human body rollercoaster - with shamelessly natural, plant-based care. We’re all about being funny, feminist + fierce – with 5% of our profits going to people & planet – so sustainability, humour and empowerment are always on the Here We Flo menu. This is an incredible opportunity for an ambitious, analytical and enthusiastic account manager based in the UK to work with our Head of Sales UK/EU to take the business to the next level. Focusing on growing our existing key grocery and high street accounts, as well as assisting with new business dev opportunities.


You will be our:

  • Account Manager with P&L Responsibility Full account management, P&L and JBP responsibility for multiple customers. You will deliver specified business targets (revenue, spend and profit) proactively close range gaps and pitch NPD. You will crush building and executing joint business plans with customers and ensure delivery of key metrics internally and externally, with excellence!
  • Retail Relationship Rockstar Responsible for building positive and collaborative relationships with your customers from buyer to cross-functional, multi-levels and representing your customers’ needs to the FLO business! Being comfortable doing this in a Flo-y way makes us special - need to excel at this!
  • Consumer Captain ✈️ You will have a keen ability to know and understand the customer by avenues such as translating shopper, customer and category insights into actionable category strategies and tactics that drive measurable results. You have a strong ability to understand all types of data and are able to bring together reporting and stories using multiple inputs to develop data-driven, consumer-led strategies.
  • Numbers, Numbers, Numbers You own and are responsible for full forecasting for your managed accounts as well as financial planning during the budgeting process. You will be expected to have a full grasp on the P&L, ownership of the trade and customer spend actuals and budgets, as well as delivery of total revenue and customer P&L targets. You will optimise Trade Investment and manage invoices and accruals in a timely manner.
  • Account Activator ⚡️ Identify and progress incremental growth opportunities within the business! Not only will you be taking the core business to new heights but you will also lead key business development efforts in getting new business and opening up new Grocers and Channels (ie within OOH, Convenience, Wholesale, Pharmacy).


Who you are:

  • We are looking for someone with experience working in FMCG, blue chip and/or fast-scaling start-up with a minimum of 3 years experience working in sales - account management is a requirement and business development is a plus! Maybe you have strong experience working at blue chip FMCG companies and are looking for the start-up experience, or you have worked across the board at start-ups and scale-ups and love building. Or you are someone with all these experiences and can hit the ground running!
  • Sensational Storyteller (at Flo we have amazing stories to tell!) and can drive forward the conversation and story. Able to identify ‘must get’, ‘wish list’ and ‘concessions’ within negotiations and conversations externally and internally.
  • Analytical Thinker & Consumer Connoisseur Able to demonstrate experience in identifying customer/shopper needs to create features and benefits for sales proposals. Come with a commercial savviness and the ability to manage multiple objectives including high growth and profitability targets. Think out of the box, always push for excellence and what more can be done.
  • Stretchable Savant ‍ You welcome the opportunity to wear many crowns (we are Kweens and don’t just wear hats here!). Agility, teamwork, flexibility and a hunger to learn are key to success at Flo.
  • Entrepreneurial Enthusiast You have a passion for working within a small, fast-paced environment where no task is too small. Strong in organisation, you can prioritise while juggling multiple balls – as a fast-growing brand, we have a lot of balls we are juggling!
  • Funny, Feminist and/or Fierce! Lover of all things funny, feminist & fierce! There's no one recipe for being FLO-y, but ingredients can include any of the following: brand geeks, stationary nerds, foodies (a big FLO perk is amazing meals!), animal lovers (do you have a terrible case of cute aggression?), true crime fans, pun lovers, RuPaul watchers, book club members who never read the book but show up anyway.

  • Compensation: £50,000 per annum based on experience + competitive % bonus

Technical role details:

  • This is a full-time position (40 hours per week)
  • The role is remote/home-based; we meet as a team in the London Liverpool St office once a week!
  • Open to candidates with the right to work in the UK
  • You will report to our brilliant Head of UK/EU Sales
