The Role:
The Regional Support Manager provides hands-on support to branches and Divisional Operations, ensuring that each branch delivers an excellent customer experience while driving sales and continuous improvement. The focus is on procedural compliance, operational efficiency, and quality assurance across the region.

Duties:
- Assisting branches with maintaining Impress location counts, conducting stock profile reviews according to schedules, and promoting scanning technology.
- Ensuring our client work practices, quality procedures, and company policies are strictly followed at all branches.
- Identifying and reporting any Health & Safety (H&S) concerns to the Group H&S Manager/Regional Operations Manager
- Supporting the ROM in operational matters, including overseeing specific projects and providing progress reports to the ROM and Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
- Providing managerial cover during branch manager holidays as required.
- Creating and analysing Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports, including back orders, to drive best practices.
- Training branch staff on operational processes, stock counts, and core systems such as Autopart & Insta-Dispatch to ensure full compliance with KPI measures.
- Identifying opportunities for improvement at the branch level and supports managers in implementing changes. Shares best practices and improvements across the branch network.
- Coaching, motivating, and mentor staff at various levels to enhance performance.
- Assisting with customer visits across business channels when requested, focusing on service excellence, account development, and growth.
Skills and Experience:
- Willingness to travel within the designated region and, when necessary, to other locations across the country.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities can change rapidly.
- Previous experience in the truck/trailer parts industry is desirable.
- Proven leadership experience with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to assess situations and make informed decisions.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels.
- Demonstrated success in delivering excellent customer service.
- Competency in Microsoft applications and core company operational systems.
- Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
- High attention to detail, especially when handling data.
