They are now hiring for a Member Experience Manager to provide a high end style of service to their members, deal with any queries, help to plan events, manage the on-site team, and manage the building.

• Location: Leeds
• Hours: Monday to Friday – rota’d 8 hour shifts between 7am and 6:30pm (the rota is created and controlled by the Member Experience Manager)
• Salary: £28,000 - £29,000 DOE plus up to 10% bonus (they have given full bonus to 99% of staff over the past few years, even during COVID times)
• Start Date: ASAP
