Role Overview:

• Lead and grow a dedicated team, managing the claims process end-to-end.
• Take accountability for financial outcomes and performance of claims.
• Provide sensitive and effective customer service.
• Negotiate with insurers and project manage reinstatement works.
• Oversee multiple claims simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient resolutions.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Experience in loss adjusting, operations management, or a related insurance reinstatement field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent negotiator with a customer-first mindset.
• Commercially and financially aware.
• Proficient in computer applications and open to learning new techniques.
