This role is perfect for an experienced Senior Project Coordinator looking to progress their career by taking on greater responsibility in client contract management.


Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Contracts Manager to manage multiple client contracts, ensuring the smooth delivery of services and maintaining strong client relationships. This position is ideally suited to a Senior Project Coordinator with over 2 years of experience in project coordination or management, who is ready to advance into a more senior role overseeing full contract lifecycle management. The successful candidate will be adept at handling client contracts, resolving issues, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring timely project delivery. Experience in social housing, council housing, or similar sectors is highly desirable.


Key Responsibilities:


Oversee the full lifecycle of client contracts, from initial negotiation to project completion.

Manage and nurture relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of service and communication.

Address and resolve any client issues or complaints promptly and effectively.

Monitor KPIs, financial reports, and project milestones to ensure contract success and profitability.

Attend client meetings and provide regular updates on contract progress and project outcomes.

Maintain comprehensive records of contracts and project documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Assist in developing and implementing contract management strategies to improve efficiency and service delivery.


Ideal for a Senior Project Coordinator Looking for Progression:


This role offers the perfect step-up for someone currently in a Senior Project Coordinator position, ready to move into a Contracts Manager role. You will have the opportunity to build on your experience in managing projects and develop your skills in full contract management, client negotiation, and strategic planning.


Essential Criteria:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Coordination or Project Management.

Experience managing large-scale projects and client relationships.

Strong administrative and supervisory skills, with the ability to oversee complex projects.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Excellent IT skills, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.

Strong client management and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively via phone, email, and meetings.

Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.

Experience in social housing, council housing, or similar sectors is a plus.


Desirable Skills:


Familiarity with asbestos industry standards or similar construction sectors.

Experience using contract management software or project management tools.
