Konexo is an established alternative legal services division of Eversheds Sutherland, created to meet client demand for high quality, interim legal, HR and compliance professionals. Konexo Legal Resourcing is a well-established and fast growing team created to meet demand for high quality interim lawyers, paralegals and legal project managers to support both clients and internal Eversheds Sutherland teams.

Restructuring Lawyers

Konexo Legal Resourcing is receiving an increased demand for interim Corporate Lawyers to support our in-house clients which include some of the largest FTSE100 companies. We are keen to speak to qualified corporate lawyers with restructuring/reorganisation experience who are 3 years PQE through to senior lawyers.

What you should have:

• Previous experience in day-to-day managing of corporate transactions gained either in house or with reputable firm.
• Experience of negotiating deal documentation and advising on debt restructuring, rescheduling, distressed acquisitions/sales, formal insolvency proceedings, distressed debt trading and/or contingency planning.
• Ability to manage significant and/or multiple aspects of transactions, co-ordinating external counsel, and delivering to timetable .
• Previous regulated and/or financial sector corporate deal experience desirable .
• Previous experience of cross-border transactions and impact of local law and regulation .
