An amazing opportunity has arisen at a very well regarded UK law firm who are looking for an Associate or Senior Associate to join their Commercial Real Estate team.

The firm is top 50 and has an excellent and supportive culture and is top tier within the commercial property / commercial real space. They are highly ranked in a number of areas, and particularly in real estate and boast an interesting client base and work on high profile and interesting matters. They have a strong focus on work-life balance and this is reflected through their very realistic billable hours targets.

The Role

The team are incredibly successful and are a market leader in complex development /investment projects. As such, the successful candidate can look forward to working for private investors, pension funds, specialist REITs, overseas investors, private equity, developers and government bodies investing and developing commercial and mixed-use real estate. You will have the ability to advise on offices, life science assets, retail and shopping centres, business and retail parks, hotels, industrial estates and logistics parks as well as datacentres, build to rent, co-living and student accommodation.

The Requirements

The team are looking for candidates with experience in commercial real estate obtained at another well regarded law firm/-in-house firm. Development and Investment experience is also required!

Personality and attitude are hugely important to them as they really value their team's close-knit culture and so are only looking to bring people on board who will fit in well.

The Benefits

Although the office is based in central London, the firm have a hybrid working policy with set anchor days.
