Contentious Construction Lawyers

Konexo Legal Resourcing is receiving an increased demand for interim contentious construction lawyers to support both Eversheds Sutherland and our in-house clients which include some of the largest FTSE100 companies.

What you should have:

• At least 3 years PQE experience as a contentious construction lawyer.
• Experience of advising on construction litigation proceedings, adjudications, arbitration and other alternative forms of dispute resolution.
• Experience of advising on disputes in relation to standard form construction and engineering contracts (such as NEC, JCT and FIDIC).
• Experience of advising on delay and disruption, building defects and insurance related claims is also desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure, meet deadlines, trouble shoot and problem solve in a create and innovative manner.
• Ability to manage a varied workload with minimal direction with effective legal risk management and appropriate escalation of legal risk.
