Job Description

The Role

This isn’t your typical EA role. You’ll be shadowing the founder, gaining unique exposure to every aspect of a fast growing business. You will be involved in strategic projects, managing high-level admin, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the company. This role is perfect for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who’s looking for hands-on experience in business growth and innovation.

What You’ll Do

  • Strategic Support: Assist in the execution of business plans and projects. Attend meetings, provide insights, and help track key metrics and deliverables.
  • Operations Management: Oversee and optimize workflows, helping ensure the business runs smoothly day-to-day.
  • Research & Implementation: Investigate new business opportunities, trends, and technologies. Help implement them across the company.
  • Administrative Excellence: Manage the founder’s calendar, email, and to-do list, allowing for focus on key growth activities.
  • Problem Solving: Be the go-to person for tackling unforeseen challenges. Adapt quickly and take initiative where needed.

Who You Are

  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: You’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and love the idea of building something from the ground up.
  • Superb Organiser: You thrive on structure, but are flexible enough to handle the fast pace of a growing business.
  • Tech-Savvy: You are quick to adopt new technologies and understand the digital tools that help a business thrive.
  • Excellent Communicator: Whether written or spoken, your communication skills are second to none.
  • Problem Solver: You don’t just spot problems; you come up with solutions.
  • Proactive & Self-motivated: You can anticipate needs before they arise and take the initiative to get things done.
  • Adaptable: You’re comfortable wearing many hats and navigating the challenges of a dynamic, evolving environment.

Why Join Us?

  • Work closely with a founder and get a front-row seat to the inner workings of a fast-growing business.
  • Gain experience across multiple facets of entrepreneurship, from operations to strategy.
  • Enjoy a dynamic, non-corporate working environment that values innovation and creativity.
  • Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses, plus growth opportunities as the business scales.
