The Role
This isn’t your typical EA role. You’ll be shadowing the founder, gaining unique exposure to every aspect of a fast growing business. You will be involved in strategic projects, managing high-level admin, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the company. This role is perfect for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who’s looking for hands-on experience in business growth and innovation.
What You’ll Do
- Strategic Support: Assist in the execution of business plans and projects. Attend meetings, provide insights, and help track key metrics and deliverables.
- Operations Management: Oversee and optimize workflows, helping ensure the business runs smoothly day-to-day.
- Research & Implementation: Investigate new business opportunities, trends, and technologies. Help implement them across the company.
- Administrative Excellence: Manage the founder’s calendar, email, and to-do list, allowing for focus on key growth activities.
- Problem Solving: Be the go-to person for tackling unforeseen challenges. Adapt quickly and take initiative where needed.

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Brighton: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
- This role is hybrid, with the requirement to work from our Brighton office 3 - 4 days a week.
