Job Description

Alchemy is collaborating with a reputable moving and removals firm in Hatfield that is searching for a Corporate Move Manager to join their seasoned team.


Responsibilities of the Corporate Move Manager include, but are not limited to:

  • Responding quickly to incoming calls and emails.
  • Offering customised relocation and removals quotes for both local and international transfers.
  • Investigating the quotes for removals.
  • Gather and report consumer input in order to guarantee that best practices are acknowledged and upheld.
  • Booking in removal operations and ensuring the customer has a smooth move.
  • Setting up delivery, pickup, and storage inspections.
  • In compliance with the company's policies, provide removal customers with assistance and solutions.
  • Additional as needed ad hoc tasks.


Requirements of the Move Manager:

  • It is necessary to have prior expertise in the removals sector, ideally with corporate and/or international experience.
  • A really good phone manner.
  • A diligent work ethic and polished demeanor.
  • Great time management.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • As you interact with clients, be personable and courteous while paying attention to their issues.
  • Tenacious mindset and capacity to function both independently and in a team under supervision.
  • Proficient with computers and well-versed in Microsoft products.
