Microsoft D365 F&SCM Retail/Commerce Functional Consultant - (Contract)

HCLTech Microsoft Business Applications Practice (MBAP) is seeking a Microsoft D365 F&SCM D365 Commerce / Retail Functional Consultant for a 12 month contract assignment.

Job description:

• An experienced D365 Functional Consultant who can work with the business and translate to functional specifications and work with developers.
• Previous D365 Commerce / Retail background
• Mapping store customer journeys to the D365 Retail POS.
• Experience in the connectivity and flow of data between D365 and the D365 POS application is essential
• Support POS journeys and interaction that include integrations to external systems – for example integrate with an external loyalty scheme
• Ability to understand the business process journeys and how to best map those to the D365 commerce and retail
