Doorman

Job Title: Doorman – Luxury Hotel - London

Salary: £30,000 + Service Charge

Location: London

I am on the lookout for a Doorman to join this Luxury Hotel in the heart of London. As Doorman you will be the first point of contact for the guests, so we are looking for someone with impeccable customer service skills. You will need a full driving license as well.

About the position

• Meet and greet the guests on arrival
• Assist the guests with their luggage and any other requests
• Act as an ambassador for the brand
• Work alongside the concierge team
• Provide a 5- star service
• Must have full driving license and be over 25 years old

The successful candidate

• Previous experience in luxury hotels a must
• Impeccable level of customer service skills
• Must be well presented with flawless communication skills
• Strong knowledge of London and the local area
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Be willing to go the extra mile
