Job Description

Sinclair is looking for a Head of Sales UK (Injectable & EBD) to lead our sales force, driving the growth of our Aesthetic portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding a team of Key Account Managers (KAMs), National Account Managers, and Energy Based Devices Account Managers to achieve business objectives. Your expertise in territory management, sales force leadership, and business development will be crucial in managing sales growth, developing key accounts, and enhancing sales effectiveness in alignment with our overall sales strategy. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to shape and execute sales strategies that will strengthen our market presence and deliver strong business results for Sinclair in the UK.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Leadership and Management:

  • Lead, manage, and coach the national sales team to meet sales and activity objectives while maintaining high professional standards
  • Develop and implement regional and national business plans, ensuring effective execution through Key Account Management
  • Conduct regular field coaching visits and national team meetings to enhance sales skills and competence
  • Continuously evaluate team performance and apply appropriate performance management strategies


Collaboration and Strategy Implementation:

  • Collaborate with UK teams (marketing, commercial, global brand) to provide balanced feedback on campaigns and processes
  • Ensure appropriate allocation of training resources to support sales efforts
  • Provide strategic input to senior management to enhance sales processes and improve performance


Sales Development:

  • Support the team in maintaining and increasing sales across territories.
  • Assist in achieving individual targets, goals, and KPIs for each sales team member.
  • Help the team establish, maintain, and expand their customer base.
  • Ensure high-quality customer interactions through effective sales modelling.
  • Motivate the team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Coach the team on customer segmentation, targeting, and time management.


Sales Force Excellence:

  • Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team
  • Guide the team in making informed, sales-driven decisions aligned with company strategy
  • Attract, develop, and retain a talented, motivated, and high-performing sales force


Sales Analytics:

  • Analyse commercial reports and assist in setting sales targets and KPIs for the sales teams
  • Monitor and ensure efficient logging of activities within the CRM system


Essential:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent experience
  • Recent (within the last 3 years) experience in consultative sales and management in a fast-paced, competitive environment
  • Strongly desired: Experience in the aesthetic industry, ideally with injectables and Electrical Based Devices (EBD)
  • Preferred: Extensive successful track record in selling injectables and EBD
  • Preferred: Previous experience in team leadership and management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all organizational levels
  • Proven ability to manage, coach, and implement strategies across a sales force
  • Successful track record in driving changes that enhance sales performance
  • Deep understanding of the sales process, negotiation, and sales principles applied to business opportunities
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyse complex data and provide actionable insights
  • Experience with CRM platforms
  • Positive attitude and passion for the aesthetic field
  • Key Account Management experience within Medical Aesthetics
