Service Advisor - £26,000 – Main Dealership – Ipswich

Our client, a main dealership in Ipswich, is looking for a Service Advisor to join their dynamic and busy Aftersales team. The Service Advisor role comes with a competitive salary of £26,000, with an excellent benefits package.

• Basic salary of £26,000 + bonus
• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Saturday mornings on a 1-in-2 rotation

Key Service Advisor Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ensure customers are aware of service and repair work required for their vehicles in a professional manner.
• As a Service Advisor, you will advise on timescales and collection arrangements.
• As a Service Advisor, maintain excellent customer service and communication throughout the service process.
• As a Service Advisor, ensure all vehicle records and paperwork are completed accurately and promptly.

Minimum Service Advisor Requirements:

• Experience in a similar role, such as Service Admin, Service Advisor, or similar positions.
• An ability to sell additional products and services to customers.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills suitable for a Service Advisor.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, essential for a Service Advisor.
