A industry leading property and construction consultancy are now seeking an Associate Building Surveyor to elevate their successful team in the heart of London.
This is an opportunity for a commercially aware Associate Building Surveyor, to move into a role that offers further responsibility, direct reports and to become a key pillar of the existing team.

In this role, the successful Associate Building Surveyor will work closely with the Partner, playing a pivotal role in the growth and development of the London office.
This exciting position offers the opportunity to independently manage a diverse project portfolio across various sectors, including commercial, leisure, education, retail, and government. As well as taking on direct reports, managing, developing and support their progression, whilst driving success throughout the team.
Person Specification
Chartered MRICS
4+ years' of consultancy or private practice background
Commericially and technically astute
Business development skills with strong communicative ability
Previous management exposure would be beneficial
