Job Type: 4 days per week (Tuesday to Friday), Full School Day, Term Time Only
Contract: Temp to Perm

TimePlan Education is seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a fantastic school in Hemel Hempstead. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in pupils' learning while working within a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and deliver engaging learning activities for individual pupils, small groups, and, whole classes.
Teach whole classes.
Organise resources.
Support pupils' learning and progress by providing targeted interventions.
Assess, record, and report on pupils' development and achievements.
Ideal Candidate:
HLTA qualification or experience in an HLTA role.
Proven ability to plan and deliver effective learning activities.
Strong classroom management skills, as required to take whole classes.
Confident in assessing and tracking pupils' progress.
