About You

We are looking for print designers at various levels to join our passionate team of in-house designers. Working closely with another print designer, you’ll work together to focus on developing graphics and prints for our responsible product, from concept stage to production, working across multi-product categories.

You'll come with a creative drive and commercial eye to support in driving our product growth and success, experience in occasion focused print experience is a plus!

Day to day, you'll be:

• Developing commercially relevant print and graphics across all categories, working alongside another senior print designer and the rest of our talented design team.
• Creating Artworks in repeat, producing tech packs with scale and pantone colour references to send directly to suppliers.
• Researching trends in print and graphics to drive newness whilst keeping to our feminine handwriting. Creating mood boards and presenting ideas to the rest of the team.
• Draw influences from a wide range of sources – from Instagram micro trends through to seasonal global trends, catwalks, vintage sourcing, etc.
• Reacting quickly to both emerging trends and current bestsellers to identify any missed opportunities within seasonal print collections.
• Working closely with the wider buying and design team to ensure an efficient workflow of designs, prints, and sample production.
• Supporting buying teams with the approval of strike offs and providing clear feedback to suppliers to ensure the best quality print is achieved.
• Keeping trackers/presentation ready packs up to date with all latest print artworks and actions.

Ideally, you’ll come with:

• Experience in print design for fast paced womenswear retailers
• A technical understanding of industry print production, and print strike off processes.
• Strong graphics skills are a plus
• Computer Skills: Photoshop, Illustrator, CAD
• Strong commercial handwriting and understanding of the NC customer
• Elevated Fashion forward-thinking and directional trend print eye
