Our client is a fast-growth start-up organization providing eCommerce software & solutions to a range of retail businesses. Working with the likes of Anine Bing, Stussy and Motel Rocks, their software allows for their customers to elevate their shopping experiences & drive revenue.

They are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join their team; this is a high-activity position which is crucial in driving their new business efforts across both their outbound & inbound channels.

This is a hybrid position, with four days per week in their London office.

Responsibilities

• Identify & prospect new business opportunities across the retail & ecommerce space
• Manage inbound leads where necessary
• Generate long-term pipeline of prospective leads and clients
• Support wider sales team by managing a set of schedules and booking meetings/appointments on a regular basis
• Effective use of CRM systems & data management
• Maintain up to date knowledge of industry trends & competitor activity
• Collaborate & liaise with other internal teams
• Attend industry events when necessary

The Successful Candidate

• 12+ months experience in a similar high-activity lead generation role (SDR, BDR etc.)
• Experience in software sales is ideal
• Experience selling MarTech or eCommerce software is a plus
• Candidates with a recruitment background looking to get into tech / software sales are encouraged to apply
• Commutable to London 4 days per week

Sales Development Representative Package

• Basic salary: £35,000-40,000
• OTE: +£10,000-15,000
• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
