Retail Assistant

Temporary 7 WEEKS (starting on Tuesday 01/10/2024)

£13 per hour (including holiday pay)

⏰ Hours: Store opening hours: Monday- Sunday 10:00-18:00- staff operational between 09:30-18:30 (shift patterns to be confirmed)

Customer Service: Greet customers, assist with inquiries, and provide excellent service to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Sales Support: Help customers find products, provide product information, and assist with purchases, including processing transactions at the checkout.

Stock Management: Restock shelves, manage inventory, and ensure products are displayed neatly and correctly.

Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean and organized, including tidying up displays, fitting rooms, and common areas.

Problem Resolution: Handle customer complaints and returns professionally, aiming to resolve issues promptly and satisfactorily.

• In order to be successful, you must have prior experience working in a retail position.
