Store Supervisor

We are looking for a number of experienced retail staff for our client, a leading high-end luxury and performance brand. From Store Manager, Supervisor to Retail assistant.

We are looking for experienced retail team members with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The successful individuals need to be able to confidently communicate both the luxury and performance aspects of the brand as well as its unique heritage and back story.

The successful candidates will play a pivotal role in ensuring the store’s success across the following parameters:

• Creating and delivering an exceptional brand experience
• Delivering outstanding customer service
• Sharing expert knowledge in luxury and expedition apparel
• Sharing expert knowledge in the outdoors and extreme travel
• Display and merchandising, ensuring a truly wow experience
• Maintaining the highest of store standards

About you:

• Can demonstrate a proven track record and passion for customer service ideally in the luxury or performance sectors
• Familiar / experienced with outdoor experiences, travel and adventure
• Familiar with technical apparel / materials / construction / performance
• Excellent verbal communicator
• Strong team player

Salary and package will depend on level but will be competitive.
