Account Executive – eCommerce

Our client is a fast-growth start-up organization providing eCommerce software & solutions to a range of retail businesses. Working with the likes of Anine Bing, Stussy and Motel Rocks, their software allows for their customers to elevate their shopping experiences & drive revenue.

They are looking for an experienced Account Executive to join their team in managing the full sales cycle with clients across the retail & eCommerce space. They have seen consistent annual growth, working within a hugely addressable market; successful candidate scan expect high levels of success from day one within the organization.

This is a hybrid position, with four days per week in their London office.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle with clients across the retail / eCommerce space
• Maintain long-term sales pipeline, building strong relationships with all key stakeholders
• Collaborate the BDR Team / Marketing Team on business development activity
• Engage in a customer-centric, consultative approach, fully understanding each client’s needs
• Manage inbound leads where necessary
• Conduct effective product demonstrations
• Manage contract / deal negotiations
• Maintain up to date knowledge of industry trends & competitor activity

The Successful Candidate

• 2+ years’ experience managing the full sales cycle / closing deals
• Experience selling a MarTech or eCommerce product is essential
• New business experience is essential; SDR support is part of the role but candidates will need to be confident in sourcing / prospecting their own leads
• Commutable to London four days per week

Account Executive Package

• Basic salary: £60,000-70,000
• OTE: x2
• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
