Key Responsibilities

• Assisting on acquisitions and disposals of investment assets
• Working on redevelopment projects
• Lettings, pre-lettings, and asset management
• Drafting and negotiating property documents (e.g., agreements for lease/surrender, options, deeds of variation, licences to assign, alterations, underlet, etc.)
• Working on acquisitions through joint ventures and share purchases
• Funding: title investigation, searches, enquiries, drafting, and negotiating Certificates of Title, managing the process and CPs on portfolio financing
• Business development, including client training and other value-added activities

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of PQE in real estate law
• Strong technical skills and a deep understanding of real estate law
• Excellent drafting and negotiation abilities
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong client service orientation
• Experience working with high-profile clients and complex transactions
