Salary: £35,000 - £45,000

Location: Hybrid working with 3-days p/w in Central London office

THE ROLE

As Research Manager you will be looked upon to work closely with a senior member of the team and run projects from start to finish. Even though the company works on method neutral projects, the focus of this role would be on ad hoc quantitative studies. Projects can range from U&A, segmentation through to audience understanding or conjoint analysis. You will be working closely with the client and getting involved in proposal writing, designing questionnaires, analysis and pulling together the final presentation. The particular role will receive training and development from one of the global partners.

THE SKILLS

The right candidate will need to have a good background of utilising quantitative research methods, ideally trained and developed in a research agency environment. It is imperative you have an understanding of ad hoc quant projects, designing questionnaires, analysing the data and being able to present in a concise and impactful manner. You will also need to be comfortable managing clients on a day to day basis and have a desire to grow and develop into more of a leading role. Lastly, a curious personality and desire to make a difference is highly valued as the company constantly looks to evolve and bring in new ways of doing things. As the role is based in Central London, you will need to be in the office 3-days p/w.
