Job Description

Alchemy is working with a high-end design studio who are looking to appoint an Operations and Communications Assistant to join their dynamic team in London.


This is an exciting opportunity to work with a worldwide luxury brand as it continues to transform and grow.


Responsibilities:


  • Delivering sales, operations, and marketing support.
  • Daily inventory control, which includes maintaining, ordering, packing and shipping.
  • Overall control over the office and showroom, including overseeing equipment upkeep.
  • Distributing newsletters, press releases, and emails.
  • Arranging travel, handling spending, and setting up meetings on the management's behalf.
  • Creating and keeping a team calendar with important events and dates.
  • Scheduling invoices and shipments and storing records on disc.
  • Providing administrative support company wide.
  • CRM: proposing measures to increase sales by utilising the client database.
  • Submitting mailer layouts and content for management approval.
  • Submitting weekly reports and updates to management regarding deliverables.
  • Serving as the company’s brand ambassador and advancing the company's marketing.
  • Conduct market research and suggest fresh concepts.
  • Ensuring that assignments are delivered on schedule by following up with relevant parties.


Requirements:


  • Experience in a similar position within a design, art or architect organisation.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office and other data management software.
  • InDesign or Photoshop experience, bonus.
  • Native/fluent in English, other languages bonus.
