SHIFT PATTERN: Sunday to Thursday, 21:00 - 06:00

WORKING HOURS: 40 hours per week

PAY RATE: £14.73 PER HOUR

As a Night Office Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of our client's office spaces during the night shift. Your attention to detail, strong leadership skills, and ability to motivate a team will contribute to the overall success of our facility service solutions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the night cleaning team to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations

• Train and onboard new cleaning staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met and maintained

• Manage and maintain cleaning schedules and assignments

• Provide guidance and support to cleaning staff, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise

• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed

• Adhere to health and safety guidelines and ensure staff compliance

Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry, preferably within a blue-chip company

• Strong knowledge of office cleaning techniques, equipment, and products

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities

• Attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high cleaning standards

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
