Job Description

2nd Line Support Engineer | £28,000 to £35,000 | Peterborough

Working for a rapidly growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) that specialises in delivering high-quality IT support and solutions to a diverse range of clients across the UK, you will be responsible for providing 2nd line support, both remotely and on-site.

Other Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and network equipment.
Monitor and maintain systems to ensure high availability and performance.
Assist with setting up new client infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.
Respond to technical issues within SLAs and escalate complex problems as necessary.Key Skills:

Proven experience in IT Support within an MSP environment.
Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems.
Familiarity with cloud services such as Microsoft 365 and Azure is desirable.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple support requests and prioritise tasks effectively.
