Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a stunning award-winning Pub and Restaurant, and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Chef De Partie to join their team.

This is a family-owned country dining Pub and Restaurant with a great reputation. They run a 100% fresh and seasonal menu with fantastic specials. They have a 70 cover restaurant that is open 5 days a week.
What's involved?
Ideally looking for someone with experience in working in a team of 3-4 Chefs and happy to work customer facing in an open plan kitchen. Must be comfortable cooking with high quality fresh ingredients and have a real passion for food and be able to step up and support the Sous Chef. Due to the location diving is essential.
