Job Advertisement: Sales Consultant (Hybrid)
Location: Lincoln, UK
Salary: £24,500 - £26,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week
Holiday: 25 days annual leave
Working Arrangement: Hybrid (2 days remote, 3 days in office)
About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to join our growing team! This hybrid role offers flexibility, allowing you to work 2 days remotely and 3 days in our Lincoln office. You’ll play a key part in managing sales leads, chasing quotes, and updating our CRM system with new opportunities. This is a non-targeted role, so while there is no individual sales pressure, we do offer quarterly incentives based on team performance and achievements.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle all aspects of sales administration, including chasing quotes and managing leads.
* Input sales leads and customer information into our CRM system.
* Collaborate with the sales team to support overall business growth.
* Assist in maintaining and updating sales records and reporting on performance.
* Provide excellent customer service and follow-up on sales enquiries.
