Sales Co-ordinator

Are you an organised and proactive individual with a passion for sales and customer service? Join our dynamic team in Basingstoke as a Sales Co-ordinator and play a key role in supporting our sales efforts!
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks.
Manage and process sales orders efficiently.
Act as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Maintain accurate records of sales activity and reports.
Support in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contract management.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a sales support, administration, or customer service role.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
