Job Description

A multi-award-winning housing developer has a requirement for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team in Aberdeen.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Produce accurate estimates, budgets, and cost forecasts for designated developments
  • Monitor site performance against financial targets and plans
  • Provide regular cost reports and updates
  • Full ownership of surveying responsibilities on your developments
  • Support the Commercial team on profitability and financial status of projects

Applicant Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role with a housebuilder
  • Minimum HNC in Building Studies; RICS qualification or Quantity Surveying degree preferred
  • Knowledge of building regulations and industry standards
  • Strong planning, organisational, and communication skills
